Pi Day

Impressed that JJ has begun to write poetry and it is really exciting. I am looking forwards to seeing her final published work.
I'm looking out of the window and drinking in the view - the River Thames is 'in' and so it's lovely looking at the sun (yeah the sun!) on the water. It seems silver, then grey, then silver again.

Anyway - it's Pi Day! Today is one of the rarest days ever!
At 3/14/15 it is the first 5 digits of Pi (the ratio of every circle's circumference to the diameter 3.1415)
At 9.26.53am it'll be Pi second (10 digits of Pi 3.141592653)

And between 9.26.53.58979am and 9.26.53.5898am it will be Pi instant!!

Welcome to Pi Day
I'll measure my waist.
Sadly, as I measure today
I have plenty to waste.
My circumference grows larger
And I really can't lie -
It's a result of the lager
and probably some Pie!!
