In dogs, the eyebrow motion is made
by a muscle above their eyes, on the inner side nearer the nose, called the
levator anguli oculi medialis. That’s how come dogs can sort of look at you
when their heads are down and yet, somehow, they manage to raise a sneaky peak
at how you are responding to them. Are you angry with me? Are you beginning to
wilt? Have I got away with it?
